Return Process

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box along with the authenticity certificate and invoice, ensuring the security seal remains intact for a valid return.

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring the item is insured during transit.

  Quality Inspection & Refund
